A Gift of Hope Adoptions at http://www.aGiftofHopeAdoptions.com is working with a couple looking to place their grandchildren for adoption. They are choosing to place as they are in poor health and fear they will not be able to care for them, and don't want them to go into the foster system. The children are full siblings, a girl age 12 and a boy, age 11.
They are full Caucasian. The grandparents would prefer someone in the Midwest in order to maintain contact with the children, however they will consider families from all over the US.
