African American or biracial couple needed for AA baby girl born 10/3/09 weighed 7 pounds and 13 ounces. Apgars were 8 at 1 minute and 9 at 5 minutes. Birth parents have signed consents. The baby is healthy at this time with no initial medical concerns. Birth mother and Birth father are half siblings (sharing the same mother). The appearance of the baby is normal; Physicians are recommending genetic testing in the future. Birth mother is 15 years old and is currently in foster care. Birth mother was living with her half brother when she conceived. Birth father is 18-years old. Birth mother was diagnosed with depression a few years ago and was not prescribed medication.
